Patients now have the option to self-enroll in the patient portal. Click the link below and complete the information under create account. All info entered must exactly match what is in your hospital patient record.
Patients may also access their health information via the Meditech MHealth App – available on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. After downloading the app, search for your state and choose “Spring View Hospital” to proceed.
