Patient & Family Advisory Council
Spring View Hospital's Patient & Family Advisory Council is a group of patients, family members, and/or caregivers who meet regularly to share their experiences and provide feedback to hospital staff. The goal is to improve patient-centered care, enhance communication, and guide service improvements. Our PFAC consistently strive to:
Represent patient/family perspectives to hospital leadership
Advise on new programs and services
Collaborate with staff to address concerns and suggestions
Share personal experiences to guide improvements
