Occupational Health Services

SVH Occupational Health Department recognizes that all employers have one thing in common: dedication to creating a safe and healthy work environment with only the best employees.

Since 2001, the Occupational Health Department at Spring View Hospital has been taking care of occupational health needs for Marion and Washington County employers. Occupational medicine is our focus. We are experts at medical compliance with DOT and OSHA regulations.

We are proud to offer personalized services to meet the occupational health needs of our area employers and assist them with providing a safe, compliant workplace.

The Occupational Health Department offers a full range of pre-employment services, drug screening, breath alcohol testing, physicals, lab testing services, x-ray services, vision testing, audio testing, respirator fit testing and pulmonary function testing. We also provide on-site flu shots, hepatitis vaccines, random drug screening (DOT & non DOT), job assessments and health fairs.

The Occupational Health Department is dedicated to addressing all your post accident needs.  We evaluate and treat most work related injuries.  We have on staff a nurse practitioner solely dedicated to the Occupational Health Department. We function as a liaison between the company, the employee, the nurse practitioner or physician.  We pride ourselves in prompt, accurate, courteous reporting to the employer. Together, we will explore modified work options that will allow an injured worker the opportunity to return to work sooner.

The Occupational Health Department is located at 420 Loretto Rd, Suite 300 in Lebanon. Clinic hours are from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.  After hours work injuries will be evaluated and treated in the Spring View Hospital Emergency Department.  After hours post accident drugs screens and breath alcohols will be performed in the Spring View Hospital Lab.

The Occupational Health Department is ready to assist you in designing the right program for your workplace. Occupational Health services pays off in reduced insurance premiums, along with reduced expenses associated with absenteeism, lost productivity, increased Worker's Compensation costs, replacing and retraining staff.
